Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to broadband services provided by Samruddhi Communication Pvt. Ltd.. By using a Samruddhi connection you agree to them, along with the specific plan details confirmed at the time of installation.

Service & installation

• Service is subject to technical feasibility at your address. A site survey confirms availability before installation.
• Equipment such as the ONT/router may be provided on a returnable basis and remains our property unless stated otherwise.
• Advertised speeds are “up to” figures. Actual throughput depends on your devices, in-home wiring, Wi-Fi conditions and network load.

Billing

• Plans are prepaid unless agreed otherwise. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
• Service may be suspended if a plan is not renewed by its expiry date.
• Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Refunds follow our published cancellation and refund policy.

Acceptable use

The connection must not be used for unlawful activity, to disrupt the network, or to resell service without written permission. We may act on lawful directions from authorities.

Support & liability

We aim to resolve faults quickly and to keep downtime minimal, including through backup connectivity on key routes. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as power failures or civil works by third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
